1. у ребенка мама не лишена родительских прав. В таком случае вы можете только взять малыша под опеку, но без выплаты пособия.
2. у ребенка есть несовершеннолетние братик или сестра. В таком случае усыновить по закону можно только обоих сразу. Разделять детей по семьям не позволяет законодательство.
3. у ребенка есть совершеннолетняя сестра или брат, и они могут быть против усыновления.
4. иногда потенциальным родителя не рекомендуют брать того или иного малыша, т.к. он уже был возвращен обратно в детдом прежними усыновителями из-за девиантного поведения. Однако запретить брать "сложного" малыша не может никто!

И если вам приглянулся именно этот малыш, обязательно уточните у органов опеки его диагноз. Вы должны понимать ту степень отвественности, которую на себя берете. Однако благодарность малыша, которого возьмут в семью, позволит пережить все трудности!

Уважаемая Татьяна, мы с мужем хотим усыновить девочку, маленькую от 1 годика до 2-3 лет. Мы взрослые люди (нам обоим по 45 лет) достаточно обеспечены, у нас есть взрослый сын и  он тоже поддерживает нас. Глядя на сына, мы будем хорошими родителями. Мы живем и работаем в Казахстане, в Алмате. Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, с чего начать, куда обратиться? Мы бы хотели, чтобы девочка была русской или украинкой по национальности и не хотели бы обращаться в местные (казахстанские)органы опеки. Мы довольно долго готовились к этому шагу и сейчас реально "созрели" для такого непростого решения. Буду благодарна за любую помощь. Спасибо. Ирина
